Always select the same warning region (Bookmarking a page in the web browser)

If you regularly need the regional danger map for a particular territory (e.g. for displaying in a ski resort or mountain refuge), you can place a bookmark in your web browser. The procedure depends on the browser you are using. Follow the instructions below:

Firefox

  1. Move the mouse pointer on the desired warning region in the map
  2. Click with the right mouse button and select "Add bookmark for this link"
  3. Before saving, you can edit the name. You may wish to change it to "My personal regionalanger map"
  4. The link is now stored in your browser under Bookmarks

Internet Explorer

  1. Move the mouse pointer on the desired warning region in the map
  2. Click with the right mouse button and select "Add to Favorites..."
  3. Before saving, you can edit the name. You may wish to change it to "My personal regional danger map"
  4. The link is now stored in your browser under Favorites

Google Chrome

  1. Click on the desired warning region in the map with the left mouse
  2. In the browser address bar, click on the star on the far right with the left mouse button
  3. In the window that appears you can edit the name. You may wish to change it to "My personal regional danger map"
  4. The link is now stored in your browser under Bookmarks

Opera

  1. Move the mouse pointer on the desired warning region in the map
  2. Click with the right mouse button and select "Add link to Favorites"
  3. Before saving, you can edit the name. You may wish to change it to "My personal regional danger map"
  4. The link is now stored in your browser under Favorites

Safari

  1. Move the mouse pointer on the desired warning region in the map
  2. Click with the right mouse button and select "Add link to Favorites"
  3. In the drop-down menu, click on the desired folder
  4. Before saving, you can edit the name. You may wish to change it to "My personal regional danger map"
  5. The link is now stored in your browser under Favorites

Note: In all browsers, you can add a bookmark with "Ctrl + G".
