Climate change escalates weather extremes, intensifying heatwaves, hurricanes, floods, and droughts. This poses risks to health, ecosystems, and infrastructure, urging effective climate strategies. Communicating these impacts is challenging due to complexity and lack of imagination. The project proposes integrating climate impact models with audio-visual art, using speculative design to convey complexities and engage diverse audiences.

Scientific insights from projects like MegaWat and EMERGE focus on megadrought impacts in Europe's mountains, informing biodiversity models. Speculative design employs immersive installations for intuitive understanding, emotional relatability, and speculation. Collaborating with national museums, the exhibition showcases climate extremes' impact on Swiss mountain ecosystems.
