We will provide an overview where and how high resolution, kilometer scale, climate data can provide new insights from climate change impact models. To do so, we will use a set of climate impact models across several sectors, ranging from dynamic vegetation, to hydrology, or biodiversity models.

Building a multi-resolution land surface model infrastructure to study environmental processes within regional to global scale applications

This project aims to bridge the gap between site-scale observations and coarse-resolution global scale simulations by building a multi-resolution and multi-scale modeling infrastructure using the latest generation of the process-based Community Land Model (CLM5).
